What now? A user posted a comment in this post saying "Installing windows 10 has completely stuffed my computer! Disable these by unchecking .... What now? I can't open it in safe mode as it doesn't give me the option for that or command prompt.
click on Power and remove "Display Refresh Rate Switching" and everything will be back to normal. So what i did was boot to the command prompt and then went to my progam files directory and issued a rmdir /s for both the norton directories there. Disable these by unchecking .... I am very grateful that there is someone who makes sites like this - and saves the world. However last night with battery in and mains power in, when flashing occurs I removed mains and system immediately shut down.
