The PCI bus limits the performance on these cards so much i doubt any perform better than the other, it's just a matter of features. I will have to reinstall XP if 8.3 drivers doesn't help. I browsed to video cards section and selected PCI from the choices. Maybe something to do with not optimized graphics drivers...
