My phone has just started doing the exact same thing. Tech Support Guy is completely free -- paid for by advertisers and donations. So, I've just removed the plastic cover and, so far, it hasn't happened. Get More Information So I either have to suck it up and buy a new phone, which I cannot afford, or pay Motorola $75.00 + shipping + parts to attempt to fix it.

Hi , I'm experiencing similar issues although my handset keeps refreshing to the HTC start up screen then the lock screen any time I attempt to use it, I've removed the Turn on the PC Turn off the PC Re-connect the afore mentioned cable Turn on the PC Hopefully Windows will find the device and it will work properly now. And don't use too much water. The oil on your fingers will leave a build up or residue on the screen.

I can only assume it was an app that did this.I do have quite a few,but the master reset erased them and it still continues.Maybe an update??? Join our site today to ask your question.
The problem has returned. I,ll do a few more tests...Has anyone else had a problem with either their phone/SD Card (Sandisc) Cheers. Sometimes they do not show up at all.
