If you are replacing your current drive and cloning it to your new drive, you will need to connect both drives. If you can't find one, consult your PC's documentation. It is not necessary to set any jumpers, terminators, or other settings on this drive for proper operation. If, however, you are installing a second IDE drive, it is possible that you will need to alter the jumper configuration of your primary hard drive.
