Using it at 30 Hz. If it is happening to over 80% of users, it definitely is a mainstream issue. Wanted to get an opinion if I should just return the TV and get another brand (my last day to return is tomorrow). My service provider is Cogeco digital cable through Motorola HD box. Had a game open in fullscreen for 1-2 hours and it didn't occur then, but as soon as I quit I came here and then it happend, maybe a coincidence.
